Terms of service

LeadHub provides lead capture, pipeline tracking, follow-up automation and an optional cross-brand lead pool, sold as a subscription per brand. Plans, prices and included usage are shown at checkout and can change with notice at renewal.

You must have a lawful basis for every lead you upload or capture, honour opt-outs promptly, and use messaging channels (email, WhatsApp, voice) within their platform rules and the laws of the territories you contact. You are responsible for the content your team and sequences send.

Listing a lead in the pool warrants that its consent basis permits the transfer. Buyers may flag a bad lead within the refund window for a credit refund; repeated bad listings can suspend pool access.

We may suspend accounts used for spam, unlawful data collection or abuse of other tenants. You can cancel any time; your data is exportable for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.

The service is provided as-is; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
